What is the Scoreboard Plugin add-on?

SCOREBOARD ADD-ON is a powerful Minecraft plugin that enables server owners to take control over player teams. With over a dozen commands at your disposal you can control teams as an admin and give players the power to create, disband and expand their own teams. This plugin requires the FREE EventEngine plugin.

What You Need Before Installing

  • Minecraft Java Edition Server: EVENT ENGINE is compatible with Paper and Folia server software versions 1.20 to 1.21.8.
  • Access to Server Files: You’ll need the ability to upload files to your server, typically via FTP or a file manager provided by your hosting service.

Installation Guide

⚠️ Event Engine is a free plugin available for everyone. In contradiction to all of our other plugins, you are free to share this plugin. You are NOT allowed to share any add-ons you buy for the event engine with other people.

  1. Download the FREE Event Engine Plugin. Go to the official dowload page on PhytorMC – DOWNLOAD EVENT ENGINE >
  2. Download the Scoreboards Add-on from our website  – DOWNLOAD SCOREBOARDS ADD-ON >
  3. Locate the Plugins folder in your server files and drag the EventEngine.jar and the Scoreboards.jar into the folder. 
  4. Restart the server and the add-on will now be enabled (Add-ons won’t work without EventEngine)

⚠️ SideNote: using the permission ‘eventengine.scoreboard.bypass’ will disable seeing the scoreboard for whoever has the permission

/ee scoreboards addline <new-line>
add new lines to the scoreboard

/ee scoreboards addphase <new-phase>
adding new phases to see on scoreboard during an event

/ee scoreboards removeline <line>
to remove a line on the scoreboard

/ee scoreboards removephase <phase>
remove a specific phase, check config to be sure which number it is

/ee scoreboards reset
reset’s scoreboard back to first phase and stops timer

/ee scoreboards setline <line> <text>
edit an existing line, make sure each line is different from eachother, can add colorcodes at the end of the text to make the line unique

/ee scoreboards setphase <phase> <text>
change the text of an existing phase

/ee scoreboards settimer <phase> <time-in-seconds>
change the timer of a phase in seconds

/ee scoreboards settitle <new-title>
change the title text of the scoreboard

/ee scoreboards skip
to skip a phase when running an event with the timer active

/ee scoreboards titletoggle <true/false>
when a new phase starts it would show the phase name as a title for the player

/ee scoreboards toggle <true/false>
enable or disable being able to see the scoreboard

Debug and issues

  • In case your plugin is not working as it should, please check your server version or whether there might be any clashing plugins. Event Engine might not work properly on servers below 1.20 and there might be issues with other plugins interferring with EE.
  • In case you can’t seem to find the problem, you can open a ticket in developer’s Discord. Describe the issue your facing, preferably with a clip and you will be assisted as soon as possible.
