If you are not a buyer but are using a product, asset or file owned by PhytorMC you will be considered liable and in agreement with the following terms of service.
If the buyer is a minor as classified in their country, you are also agreeing that a legal guardian has read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
Digital Goods
All purchased products can be downloaded immediately after purchase and will be available to dowload up to 7 days after purchase via your account.
The digital products on phytormc.com are covered as intellectual property and copyright protections. By purchasing a product, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use that product as set forth in these terms.
The granted license may be revoked and your account may be terminated without notice if you violate the terms of service and or if your behaviour or actions are perceived harmful to PhytorMC.
The license does allow you to:
- Use the products for personal, or commercial use on a server you own and control In this context own and control means you control the console and access to it or if stored on a storage solution, you are the owner and controller of the files.
- The product can be used on your platform as an in platform reward where another user does not get the file for the build.
- The product can also be used to create content for monetization as well.
- The license will allow you a download of the file for 7 days post purchase in which you should download the asset onto your personal device. Note after 7 days the download link will no longer be available.
- Alter the file for any of the uses above
The license does NOT allow you to:
- Share the file or the asset with anyone who doesn’t hold the license for that product.
- Re-sell the assets; whether they are bundled with other files or not.
- Modify the content of the files in order to sell or distribute in any way this includes copying parts of a build or model to create something with it.
- Distribute the whole product, file or build, or partial product, file or build to one or multiple people or groups, this includes putting the files into the server files of a server you do not own and control.
- Claim the assets as your own (you cannot claim that you created the assets for example).
- Alter the file and disperse it by making changes to it.
- Use the assets in any manner that is considered illegal or unlawful.
- Use the assets in any manner that may be in conflict with minecraft EULA
Supporting Partners
When subscribing to a partner of PhytorMC on our partner page, you understand and agree that they will have their own terms of service and use and PhytorMC holds no obligation or liability in your transaction with said partner.
Refunds and Liabilities
PhytorMC does NOT refund any product purchased on this website. All items on this website are downloadable, meaning that the product is not retrievable after purchase, therefore we can not refund money. Any problem with your product? Contact our support team and we will try to help you as soon as possible.
By transacting on our shop you agree that PhytorMC holds no liability in losses incurred on your platforms or servers or by your use of our products.
Disclaimers
– Unlicensed usage of PhytorMC’s Copyrighted products, files, builds, or assets will also constitute a violation of the terms of use. Downloading products, files, builds, or assets from a third party or use of it being uploaded by a third party is considered illegal and any violations will be dealt with through legal action.
– Distribution or sharing of any products on this website is a direct infringement of International Copyright Law and can and will be acted upon.
Reselling of any product from PhytorMC is a direct infringement of International – Copyright Law and can and will be acted upon.
Furthermore, PhytorMC reserves the right to pursue legal action in the case of any distribution, reselling of its products, or damages done by the buyer with regards to a product we sell.
– It is your responsibility to view updates to these ToS in parallel. In the event of major changes, we may notify you of such changes.
– The PhytorMC Store is not the same as the PhytorMC Asset shop. The PhytorMC Store is located at www.store.phytormc.com, where players from the PhytorMC Minecraft Network will be able to purchase ranks and other items that will only be available within the PhytorMC Minecraft Network. These transactions will not be available to download nor do they licence to the purchaser, but instead are applied to their account on the PhytorMC Minecraft Network and there is a separate terms of purchase that applies to them.
